We Recently relocated from the Central Coast to Canberra. Surfside Removals were very professional and caring during... the whole process from Andrew the owner of the company, the office staff Nathan and Deyette and the wonderful crew of men who loaded the 2 large trucks from a difficult site on the Central Coast to our new home in Canberra. Andrews crew of men took great care with our furniture and belongings. When placing our furniture and belongings in our new home they made sure we were happy where things were placed. Through the whole process of the move everyone was polite and understanding.

This is the second time we have used Surfside Removals in recent years. The boys emptied our house and had our things... in storage for 2 1/2 months before delivering to our new home on the Sunshjne Coast. Here they quickly unloaded the truck and put all our things in the appropriate rooms of the house. We found all the boys worked together as a team and were friendly and courteous. Nathan & his team were very professional. They packed our whole house very carefully, including wrapping our kitchen... items. Nathan was meticulous in his approach, very friendly & honest. Nothing was a problem. There was one minor bit of damage to a leg of the lounge ( nothing major), Nathan told us about it & fixed it, we wouldn’t have even known about it if he didn’t point it out. Nathan is very honest & hardworking. We would definitely recommend Surfside Removals. All the staff we’ve dealt with from the owner, to the office staff & on move day were great. We were not only happy with their quote (by far the most reasonable), but the service we received from the two young men who took care of the loading of the truck and unloading at destination, was perfect. They were pleasant, helpful, polite and did a marvellous job of fitting everything onto the truck. Nothing damaged, nothing broken. One... mistake I made was not contacting the before I started to pack as I spend a lot of money on boxes that I don’t need to do as they have a great system you pay a deposit and when you are ready they pick the boxes and refund the deposit very quickly. Surf side was recommended to be. I rang, was given a fixed quote over the phone. I met the two guys and their truck at... my storage shed. They packed the truck drove to my new house and unpacked the truck, placing furniture, whitegood, beds and boxes where I wanted them. Even moved furniture for me to see where it fitted best. A 3 bedroom home done in under 3 hours. The two young guys worked so well together, communicating about which things to take next and where to put in truck. This is an excellent company. Owner Andrew came out to give me a quote, which was very reasonable. Avon & Shannon were... the two guys who arrived this morning to do the move. They were great! Very careful with all my stuff and an upbeat attitude. My stuff needs to stay in storage for 3 months, so I Really like that it was packed this morning into pods that will be lifted from the truck directly to the storage bays. No unloading/reloading etc. i am delighted that they kindly sent a separate truck to pick up my potted plants. They will sit outside the facility for the three months. The guys said that my plants will Even get some watering! Amazing!! in terms of the pickup side of things, I DEFINITELY recommend this company!!read more

The boys arrived on time for packing onto the trucks, they were all very polite nothing was too hard for them, we travelled from Lisarow at Bonnells Bay , all unpacked in just over 3 hours .thank you also to Nathan who organised for some of our furniture to go into storage for a few months.

Every member of the team was professional, proactive and considerate. Our move was into an apartment and the team who carried our furniture were amazing! Our experience with Surfside was fantastic. They gave a very competitive quote and when they came When they came to... give their quote it was very competitive & they put to rest any fears we had after previous negative experiences moving.
Open, honest, fast moving & respectful, we were stoked that not a single thing was damaged through the move and the team were incredibly patient & helpful at the unpack point (where we would have understood if they wanted to just 'dump & run' after a really long & busy day).

We had the worst removal experience last Saturday with Surside removals. Andrew winged and was negative from the moment... he set foot in our unit at Terrigal. They broke a valuable pot and charged us $250 more to move us from Terrigal to Terrigal, 5 minute drive, than our previous removalists who moved everything from Tumbi to Terrigal without a murmur of negativity; while Andrew left many of the heavy items for us to move on Sunday because he refused to use our drive again. An already stressful day was exacerbated by Andrew's attitude that both my wife and daughter had to endure.
We would never recommend Surfside removals to anyone.read more

My recent move from Lithgow to Ettalong Beach couldn't have gone better. The truck was loaded in no time and they even... managed to beat me to my new place. Halfway through the unload another one of their trucks showed up and those guys helped unload the last of my stuff as well, which took no time at all. They were all fast, friendly and professional and I can't recommend them highly enough. They even came back a few days later to re move a wall unit. The guys from Surfside absolutely blew me away with their honesty, reliability & work ethic. Nothing was too hard &... they helped make the move for my wife & I from Maitland to Sydney without any dramas & even moved our piano without any problems.
Surfside were upfront right from the get go with their prices considering they were booked only given a couple days notice and catered for our every need.
